On the launch of their second site, Ella said, “Our concept is all about sharing delicious, natural food with our customers, and showing everyone that healthy eating is about being vibrant and abundant, it’s never about deprivation.

The Mae Deli offers an array of breakfast options, from smashed avocado on rye to coconut yoghurt pots with homemade fruit compote and granola.

For lunch and dinner, the focus is on plant-based salads, stews and soups, with organic chicken and salmon offered as sides. Organic cold pressed juices, smoothies, coffees, hot drinks, treats and cakes are served all day.

The whole menu is free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar, but always with a focus on taste over labels.
