
Hosting Valentine’s at home? Perfect!
Naturally, one should commence the evening with a cocktail.
Cointreau and Edgerton have been kind enough to share a few recipes and tips with us, for you.

The Margarita, my go to cocktail, will not disappoint, the bitters adding an extra twist.
Ingredients: 25 ml Cointreau, 25 ml white Tequilla, 10 ml fresh lime juice, champagne float, 3 dashes of bitters
Method: Shake Cointreau, tequila, and lime with ice and strain into a chilled flute. Top with
champagne and bitters. Garnish with a red rose petal.
Once I had forgiven the name, this was my cocktail of choice, incredibly easy to drink.
Ingredients: 250ml Edgerton Pink Gin, 125ml cup Simple Syrup, 125ml cup fresh lemon
juice, Champagne, lemon twist for garnish.
Method: Stir the gin, Simple Syrup and
fresh lemon juice with ice in a medium pitcher.
