Hush | The “Icons” Menu
In celebration of London Fashion Week, Hush Mayfair, is launching an exclusive set menu, featuring 4 bespoke “Icons” cocktails inspired by Fashion’s most notable figures- think Elizabeth Taylor to Audrey Hepburn!
The “Icons” Menu, reflects the best of Hush’s light and delicate dishes, such as Plancha Tiger Prawns with chilli dressing and burnt lime, Roasted Tuna with pistachio crust, aubergine caviar and fennel salad and Fragrant Sweet Potato Mash with seasoned wild mushrooms, salsify and kale.
