You’ll be shown how to create this delicious showstopper using the finest beef fillet and seasonal produce in a three-hour cooking experience. Once you’ve finished cooking, you get to enjoy a selection of sharing starters and a glass of bubbly as a reward for your hard work before tucking in to your very own beef wellington.
The masterclass takes place at Heddon Street Kitchen on selected Sundays, 11am-2pm. The next class is on 28 January.
