Ex-Barrafina chef Nieves Barragan is opening her own restaurant in Mayfair this month- in fact, it is the first opening in Mayfair this month!

Name: Sabor

Location: 35 Heddon Street, London W1B 4BR – conveniently located just off west end’s Regent Street

What to expect: Sabor is a Spanish restaurant, bar and asador which combines the experience of Andalucian tapas bars, the asadors of Castile and the seafood restaurants of Galicia. 

When can you try it for yourself? The bar and restaurant open at lunchtime on 1 February.
