This year’s Mayfair Art Weekend (29 June – 1 July) coincides with the Royal Academy of Art’s 250th anniversary celebrations, #RA250. Last week it was announced that the RA will partner with the art weekend for the second year running.
Leading fashion brands Victoria Beckham and Max Mara have also announced that they will be partnering with Mayfair Art Weekend.
The event comprises of 90 free events held across 60 Art Galleries, The Royal Academy and luxury retail partners. Galleries will host viewings, talks, and exhibitions across the weekend. So far, confirmed participants include Christie’s, Robilant + Voena, Messum’s, David Zwirner and Stair Sainty Gallery.
This year, Mayfair Art Weekend will showcase new property developments in the area, along with highlighting the redevelopment of Cork Street and the RA’s new Burlington Galleries. Roll on summer!
