Brown’s Hotel on Albemarle Street has announced that Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck will open a new London restaurant Beck at Brown’s, which launches on Monday 16th April. The restaurant will serve a new casual-dining menu of classic Italian dishes made with seasonal British ingredients. The menu will be presented in typical Italian style, starting with insalate & antipasti followed by primi & zuppe, which includes a selection of delicious pasta dishes, with the rest of the menu divided into pesce and carne, and of course, desserts!

We love the look of the brightly coloured Spring Vegetable Salad… Will Beck at Brown’s be the new dining experience of the summer?!
