A Black-Sea region focused restaurant is set to open on Bruton Place next month. Babel House will specialise in seafood dishes from the six countries bordering the Black Sea. Items on the menu include pike caviar with Borodinsky toast, salad Olivier with salmon and seared scallops, house salt-pickled vegetables and traditional lamb soup with Georgian spices.
