
Leading chef Wolfgang Puck is bringing his characteristic fusion of Asian flavours with French techniques to Park 45 in Mayfair this June. The three-day pop-up will run from 27 to 29 June and marks the 35th anniversary of Puck’s restaurant Chinois on Main in Santa Monica, California.
Puck and executive chef David McIntyre will present signature dishes from Chinois’ original 1983 menu. The pop-up will be in the CUT at 45 Park Lane, The Dorchester.
