A new sustainable restaurant is set to open on the fourth floor of The Conduit Members’ Club in September. The new venture from Executive Chef Merlin Labron-Johnson will be located in the former site of Brasserie Chavot on Conduit Street.
Labron-Johnson is one of the youngest chefs to be awarded a Michelin star for his cooking, as well as dedicating his personal time to cooking for the homeless – this latest project is bound to be an exciting one!
The restaurant will focus on sourcing sustainable food and only serving food that is in season – in essence, the suppliers will decide what goes on the menu. Massimo Bottura will be a guest chef at the restaurant when it opens in September. Watch this space for more information…
