Sackville’s restaurant on Sackville Street has closed.

Less than a year after their flashy restaurant launch, the restaurant has been in talks to sell the restaurant lease on.

This should not have been a suprise, with the location being rather tricky, yes there is footfall (not the correct type), but, a specialist newly launched restaurant was bound to have problems there. Prior to Sackville’s the site was a fabulous steak restaurant and prior to that it was a successful salsa inspired restaurant with basement dancefloor.
