South Kensington’s Blakes Hotel has submitted plans to Westminster for the current office space at North Audley Street/Grosvenor Square to hotel use.

An interesting move which shows a changing face for the area; soon Grosvenor Square will be un-recognisable after the launch of Finchatton’s 20 Grosvenor Square project, Qatari Royal Family’s American Embassy refurbishment and a possible new hotel.
