On Tuesday 15th March, Mount Street Deli are holding a ‘Chocolate Easter Egg Masterclass’ … we know, *drooling*!!
Scott’s Head Pastry Chef, Wade Van Tonder will be joined by Caprice Holdings Group Pastry Chef, Phil Usher, to educate you in the art of chocolate truffle making. As a grande finale they will be demonstrating how to put together The Scott’s Easter Egg filled with truffles!
The class runs from 6.15pm – 8pm and costs £15 per person.
