Princess Garden which is part of the Grosvenor Estate is set to be no longer.

Caprice Holdings have paid a £m premium to secure the site on a lease that runs until March 2024. 

There are of course whispers, but, no firm confirmation of what will open in the space, due to open 2016. Could we be seeing The Ivy Mayfair ?!
