Sexy Fish’s Japanese whisky collection just got sexier!

The Bar Team at Sexy Fish has been squirreling away bottles since they opened last year, and has now built the collection up to 217 bottles – the biggest in Europe and 2nd biggest in the world.

They have devised several ways to serve the whisky – giving it the prominence it deserves to fans and novices.

It’s served straight up or as a Mizuwari (mixed with chilled still water); in four different whisky flights – the starting level being “The First Sip”, which samples 4 drams of 20ml each for the extremely reasonable £21; and in classic whisky cocktails including an Old Fashioned with Nikka Coffey Grain, a Sweet Manhattan with Yamazaki 12yo and Whisky Sour with Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve.
