Lanes of London are including all of the above with their festive tea from £49.99 per person with 2 hours free-flowing prosecco.

Ideally situated away from the Christmas crowds, on the corner of Mayfair’s Park Lane and Oxford Street, guests can look out over nearby Hyde Park and Marble Arch.

We were lucky enough to be invited in for the tea and treated ourselves one wintry Friday afternoon. Attending with a vegan friend of mine, the kitchen went to the trouble to prepare a seperate sandwich selection, which was very well received.

The famous Jing Teas are still on the menu, offering a range of Assam Breakfast to Silver Needle teas.

As always plain and fruit scones were in abundance, freshly made and most enjoyable with the plum jam- we might have dabbled with a second round 😉

Lanes of London is one of my favourite Mayfair hideaway’s with the most welcoming team and an inviting fireplace to retire to.

Catching up over Tea, we wondered whether there could be a better English past-time? We think not!
