With less than a month to go until Easter, it’s time to start planning how you’ll spend that glorious long weekend and celebrate the start of spring. Easter is the first bank holiday of the year, taking place from Friday 30 March – Monday 2 April.
Deciding where to buy your Easter chocolate is a good place to start. Luckily, we’ve selected some master chocolatiers for you to choose from…
Prestat
Princes Arcade, St James’s
Prestat’s handmade Easter eggs are a beautiful sight to behold, and the chocolate is downright delicious. We’ve got our hearts set on the Pink Popping Prosecco and London Gin Truffle Easter eggs. Because chocolate and alcohol is obviously the perfect combination.
Charbonnel et Walker
Old Bond Street, Mayfair
Charbonnel et Walker’s hot chocolate was a firm childhood favourite – the richest and thickest hot chocolate ever! The champagne truffles are (unbelievably) even more delicious, but best enjoyed by adults. If you’re too sophisticated for an Easter egg, a box of Charbonnel’s Sea Salt truffles will surely do the trick.
Godiva
Regent Street, Mayfair
Godiva’s flagship store is at 141 Regent Street. As you wander past, you might see the chocolatiers at work inside making delicious goodies. If you buy your Easter eggs here, you can treat yourself to a yummy Chocolixir drink while you shop.
If you’re shopping on Bond Street, Godiva Chocolates are also available at Fenwick’s.
