Amsterdam founded The Avocado Show, is opening next to Neat Burger on Princes Street.
Taking the former Chisou space, the restaurant is the first UK location for the brand.
Expect a menu filled with breakfast goodies including eggs and pancakes as well as salads, bowls, burgers and awesome sides.
